LandQuest Ventures, LLC provided environmental consulting services on a 40+acre undeveloped oak-pine mesic forest for the development of the Beaufort Station Shopping Center.
Recently completed, Beaufort Station is a 200,000+ SF regional retail center development located at the prime intersection of Robert Smalls Parkway and Parris Island Gateway. The center offers retail, dining, and grocery options to the numerous communities of Beaufort, South Carolina. During the land development process, LandQuest ecologists conducted and successfully completed a Section 404 wetland delineation receiving confirmation from the USACE Charleston District.
Additionally, LandQuest surveyed over 2000 existing trees onsite and prepared a detailed survey report approved by the City of Beaufort. LandQuest staff prepared Section 404/401 permit applications for wetland impacts with SCDHEC and USACE. Additionally, LandQuest conducted a Coastal Zone Management Act Determination with the SCDHEC Office of Water.
